Entre Pedras is more than a winery; it is a reflection of Pico Island’s untamed beauty and the enduring spirit of those who work its land. The vines are cultivated on steep slopes shaped by black volcanic rock and shallow, fast-draining soils that naturally limit vigor and yields. This singular Azorean terroir, together with salty Atlantic winds, altitude, and a shifting maritime microclimate, gives rise to wines of freshness, mineral tension, and marked site expression.
Minimal intervention and in the cellar native yeasts are used and traditional foot pressing, allowing each vintage to speak with authenticity. The result is a collection of wines that are distinctly Azorean: vibrant, textural, and deeply connected to their origins.
